I love the checklists that include the different types of learning in this chapter (Visual Learner on page 2, Verbal Learner on page 3, & even worries on page 5) and the different interaction styles that start on page 13. The most important handout that goes with this chapter is the Communication Profile. The sensory checklist is also helpful as are the conversation checklists, but this forum only lets me upload one for each comment so I'll add the rest in comments...
